• The background story begins with Robert Atkins (later to become Dr. Atkins) being molested by his father (member of Atkins death cult who's diety is Charles Darwin) at age 6 after returning from the 1936 Olympics in Nazi Germany where the Atkins death cult recieved much of it's influence.
  The trauma caused by the molestation triggered severe mental illness in Robert Atkins that prepared him later in his life to follow the anti-human agenda of Charles Darwin as taught to Robert Atkins by Charles Darwin's reincarnation as Eric Pianka.


• Dr. Atkins' god is Charles Darwin who has been reincarnated as Eric Pianka.
  (Darwin/Pianka control Dr. Atkins to enforce anti-human ideologies with the agenda of transforming earth into a wasteland rock floating out in space)


• Major and even some minor problems (crisis and events) in society will be of some result of Dr. Atkins implimenting the plans of his diety Charles Darwin (reincarnated as Eric Pianka).


• Dr. Atkins uses political and corporate leaders to help control the people.


• Dr. Atkins controls the FDA and makes it serve as a "rubber stamp organization".


• Dr. Atkins creates PETA as a false choice and to get people angry at vegetarians. PETA exists to illegitimize any opposition to the Atkins diet.


• Dr. Atkins blames the September 11th terrorist attacks on vegetarians as a way to discredit any one who refuses to eating only meat. Atkins considers vegans to be the most dedicated terrorists since they avoid eating anything relating to an animal.


• Dr. Atkins labels vegetarians and everyone else who defies his Atkins diet as terrorists (vegetarians are called eco-terrorists), this is to parody "Al-Qaeda", and George Bush gives the famed speech "If you are not with us, you are with the terrorists".
  The irony is that Dr. Atkins himself is an eco-terrorist who destroys the environment with the hope of destroying humans in proxy through the contamination of the food-chain in agriculture.


• Dr. Atkins uses Factory Farming to reduce the quality of food while the effects of Factory Farming produce the destruction to the environment that Dr. Atkins needs to eliminate vegetation and eventually animals (by causing everyone to eat meat with the Atkins diet) so he can transform earth into a wasted planet.


• Dr. Atkins needs to destroy the environment to eliminate vegetation and animals so humans can not produce their own food to survive.


• Dr. Atkins' plan is to finally eliminate humans by manipulating them in to cannibalistic zombies that eat each other to death. Jeffrey Dahmer helps Dr. Atkins with this.


• The reason why Dr. Atkins needs everyone to eat meat with the Atkins diet, is so they can be psychologically and physiologically compromised by the effects of contaminated food because of the Factory Farming. With the population dependant on eating only contaminated meat products, they can then be conditioned to become cannibalistic because they already have a dietary habit of eating strictly meat.


• People are conditioned to think that they will save money by only eating meat, but it costs more money in health care. Dr. Atkins teams with the big pharmaceutical companies to also control the people and bankrupt them.


• Dr. Atkins claims that all of the successful people in life were strong because they only eat mostly meat. Atkins uses football players and bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger as examples.


• To keep people affraid of eating vegetables, Dr. Atkins mandates that people should be shown presentations of deformities of cleft lip and palate. Dr. Atkins blames these deformities on the children eating rice (Asia) and vegetables (Africa). Atkins denies that the problem happened because of governments poisoning their population. Dr. Atkins accuses people who blame the government for this as being "conspiracy theorists" who are addicted to contaminates in vegetables.


• People who are caught with "clandestine labs" who basically grow vegetables themselves in hidden areas just so they can eat food that isn't contaminated. Atkins treats these people like drug dealers and uses this to abolish privacy.


• Dr. Atkins has vampire fangs and he sucks blood from people using the fangs. Atkins also uses the same fangs to inject people with cholesterol.


• Dr. Atkins takes people who resist him and he bites a huge chunk out of their neck to kill them. Then he places vegetable pieces like carrot sticks in between the fingers of his victim like a serial killer would and blames it on the vegetarians.


• To keep humans from re-populating again, Dr. Atkins enforces a strict population control policy, much like the ancient Greeks used homosexuality to limit population growth. To do this Dr. Atkins creates homosexual groups like NAMBLA utilizing pederasty and indoctrinates them with a type of "liberation theology" that pedophilia should be accepted and practiced by everyone and that they need to be this way for the freedom and diversity of society.


• For the remaining small children in society to be eliminated, Dr. Atkins uses the extremes of his death cult rituals and conditions parents of children to emulate the behavior of S&M that they watch in queer horror movies. The objective of this is to cause parents to engage in Vorarephilia when they eat their infant children after having sex with them to please Dr. Atkins.


• Dr. Atkins pushes for sex drugs like Viagra, Levitra and Cialis so people can more easily sexually assault the children.


• In order to convert the people into cannibals, Dr. Atkins must begin taking the meat eating people who die from the contaminated food and cholesterol poisoning to a factory to be chopped into pieces and be made into "Atkins approved" diet food items. This is much like Soylent Green.


• When the human remains enter into the human food chain, this cannibalism of humans is needed by Dr. Atkins to accellerate the destruction of humans in the most painful ways. Atkins' motivation for using this method is the result of his hatred for humans and their destiny to live free and happy.


• Atkins is personally jealouse of humanity because he is so angry at the fact that his own happiness was taken from him when he was a child. He knows that he has been corrupted and he wishes that it never happened to him. But because he can't change what happened to him, he sees all humans as his enemy because they never experienced what happend to him. Dr. Atkins wants to change all of that.


• Dr. Atkins wants everyone to die the most painful way possible, even if it's by cannibalism. The people are conditioned to eat each other just for their own survival.


• Dr. Atkins enforces enforces strict gun control to keep people from hunting wild animals for food and to prevent quick painless suicide.


• Atkins enforces sex culture and indoctrinates people to believe that sexual abuse is a characteristic of strength and personal freedom is obtained by sexually assaulting people (especially children) to dominate them. Atkins also teaches people that by sodomizing victims, the sexual act purifies the victim for being eaten.


• After the people are transformed into cannibalistic zombies, Dr. Atkins laughs at them. He (Dr. Atkins) drops to his knees because of his intense laughter and says to the zombie people, "You are worse than dirt." "Because not even dirt eats it's self to survive".


• You kill Dr. Atkins outside his office (ending battle) by making him slip on ice and bust his head just like he fell on ice in real-life. You are rewarded (game ending screen) by being able to read his obituary in the news paper.


• To reveal a sequel, you get to see Jeffrey Dahmer perform sex magic on Dr. Atkins' skull to revive him.
